OFFICE HOURS AND APPOINTMENTS
Our office hours are from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We maintain Saturday hours for emergencies from 9:00 am until noon. If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for registration. Please bring your medical insurance card(s) and a list of medications you are currently taking. There are occasions when emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances will interfere with our office appointment schedule. Our staff will make every effort to notify you if any significant delays are anticipated. In like manner, if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
New Patients: If you have not yet been accepted by one of our doctors as a new patient, you will need to contact the new patient coordinator prior to making an appointment. The new patient coordinator may be reached through our main switchboard, (503) 391-1110.
Returning Patients: Call our main switchboard, (503) 391-1110, and let the operator know that you would like to make an appointment and your doctor’s name and you will be transferred to a receptionist that can make your appointment.
