The NextGen web-based Patient Portal allows patients, physicians and TDC staff to communicate easily, safely and securely over the Internet.

Patients can enroll in the Patient Portal two different ways:
When at the clinic enrollment forms are available to fill out and give to your provider or reception staff. We will then generate a token number and mail it to the patient within 5 -7 business days. The patient will also receive and email with instructions on how to complete the enrollment process.
The newest option that will be available January 2016 is called self-enrollment. This allows patients to request enrollment to the Patient Portal from the doctors’ clinic website without the need of a token to complete the process. Once you fill out the patient portal enrollment form on the website it will be approved/denied within 48 hours and a message will be sent to you letting you know if it is completed and if you are enrolled.
