Reception Department
The Reception Department is our first point of contact with patients, both on the phone and in person. This department consists of Front Reception, responsible for checking in all patients who have appointments and verifying all information related to demographics and insurance coverage and then directing patients to the appropriate area of the clinic. Insurance co-payments are also collected here. The Switchboard Operator handles all incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate extension or call group. Back Receptionists are responsible for making follow up appointments and relaying patient requests to the medical staff as well as scheduling return appointments.
